A retailer notification or public tracker can suit a buyer who wants a ping and will handle checkout. HOC membership adds a prepared workflow for selected opportunities: product and retailer context, release instructions, and staff-run ACO when announced. You join HOC for access to that help; the NeeDoh item is a separate purchase.

If you want one particular color, a local pickup order, or a specific store, check that requirement against the announcement before submitting a profile. An ACO window for one listing does not cover another variant or fulfillment path.
