Is staff-run autocheckout included?

Yes. Our staff runs automated checkout for supported product releases, so you don’t need to buy or run a bot. Membership also includes private product alerts, release guides, tools, discounts and group buys. Products bought from stores are paid for separately.

Do I need to own or run a bot?

No. Our staff runs the checkout software. Follow the member guide to prepare the checkout information each store requires and submit it before the announced deadline. Staff can help you get set up.

What are bonus autocheckout slots?

Slots let you submit checkout profiles—the order details required by a store—for staff-run autocheckout. Three-month and annual plans include extra slots. Limits vary by store and release; some depend on time as a member, rather than months paid in advance. Staff posts the current instructions in Discord.

What happens after I pay?

Connect your Discord account to join our private member community. Open the welcome guide and choose the channels that interest you. Staff and members can help you get started. For autocheckout, complete the setup before the release’s announced deadline.

Can I stop future renewal?

Yes. Manage future renewal from your membership dashboard. Turning off renewal keeps your access through the period you have already paid for.

Does membership guarantee a product order?

No. Stock, store limits, eligibility and timing affect every release. Membership gives you our team, alerts and tools to prepare and participate; it does not guarantee a product order, delivery or resale profit.

Is there an extra fee for each successful autocheckout?

There is no extra HOC fee or percentage per successful included autocheckout. Your membership and the retailer's product total are separate. Retailer taxes and shipping may apply; optional services outside included checkout have their own announced terms.

Which countries and stores does autocheckout support?

Staff-run autocheckout currently focuses on US retailers, with supported stores and products announced for each release in Discord. HOC does not currently run checkout for Pokémon Centre UK, Smyths, Argos, Very, John Lewis or GAME. Ask staff about your retailer and region before joining for a specific checkout service.
